Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct thorough property inspections in a timely and precise manner
  • Document visible defects or breaches of tenancy through photographs and detailed descriptions
  • Serve as the primary contact for tenants encountering issues throughout their tenancy
  • Arrange and complete bi-annual property visits and escalate concerns to senior management
  • Manage inventory preparation and coordinate keys and onsite team awareness
