Property Inspector

• Being the eyes of the business, attending properties to complete inventory, mid-term and check out inspections, creating comprehensive reports on findings
• Highlighting areas of attention required to maintain the property to the best standard, and being aware of any potential H&S / compliance risks, ensuring this is fed back to Property Management for immediate action
• Delivering exceptional customer service, liaising with tenants whilst on site to understand any issues they are experiencing with the property, ensuring this is fully documented

• Excellent customer service skills
• Fantastic attention to detail
• Great communicator, both written and verbal
• Methodical, organised and detail orientated
• Comfortable with lone working
• Driving license essential

Experience in property management/surveying/housing (desired but not essential)
