Property Finance Solicitor

• Acting primarily on behalf of banks and short-term lenders
• Handling both dual and separate representation matters
• Managing a wide range of property finance and bridging loan transactions

• Minimum 2 years PQE (applications from more experienced candidates are also welcomed)
• Solid experience in commercial and residential property, with a focus on secured lending and bridging finance
• Strong technical knowledge of property finance transactions
• Confidence, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
• Demonstrable interest and ability in business development
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Prior experience with bridging finance is highly advantageous
