Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property/Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in property and facilities management
Experience in managing gated and guarded communities, mixed township developments, infrastructure, and common facilities
Proven track record in property handover and defect management, residents' committees, JMBs, MCs, and security and estate management operations
Good understanding of the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757), Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966 (Act 118), and local council (PBT) guidelines governing RAs, JMBs, and MCs in Malaysia
Knowledge of legal compliance surrounding the Defect Liability Period (DLP) and Vacant Possession (VP) handovers
Technical knowledge of building maintenance and infrastructure upkeep (e.g., roads, drainage, and landscaping)
Driven and ambitious with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and proven leadership qualities
