Ready for a transformative career journey with a highly ranked firm as a Property Disputes Associate/Senior Associate. Step into the role of Associate or Senior Associate within a dynamic Real Estate Disputes team in Reading.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Real Estate Disputes, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Capability to manage a personal caseload, providing counsel on issues related to land transactions and landlord/tenant dynamics
Competence in handling financial outputs and embracing billing responsibilities
Aptitude in taking instructions from clients and actively liaising to ensure their best interests are served
Commitment to maintaining legal knowledge and ensuring compliance with risk management policies and data protection regulations.

Proficient in offering strategic advice for real estate issue resolutions
