Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Property Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join our dynamic team in Yeovil. You’ll handle a diverse caseload, offering expert advice and representation across a wide range of property-related disputes. Typical Cases Include: Residential landlord and tenant issues (e.g. possession, disrepair, deposit disputes); Commercial landlord and tenant matters (e.g. lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations); Service charge disputes; Boundary and land access issues; Rights of way and rights to light; Adverse possession claims

Job Responsibility:

  • Advising clients on all aspects of property disputes
  • Drafting legal documents, including statements of case, witness statements, and briefs to counsel
  • Engaging in alternative Dispute Resolution processes
  • Participating in business development and networking activities
  • (Optional) Advocacy in court

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years PQE with experience in property litigation
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • Confident negotiator with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Team player with a commitment to excellence
