Job Description

Our client is a prominent Hong Kong Listed Investment Company with a focus towards property and infrastructure development in Hong Kong and China.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist to handle full set of company secretarial duties for the listed and private subsidiaries
  • Assist to prepare annual returns, minutes / resolutions of the board / shareholder(s) for the group companies
  • Assist in preparing corporate documentation to shareholders including interim/annual reports, circulars and announcements
  • Assist in arranging general meetings
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating company secretarial records, registers, database and routine filings

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Company Secretarial or related disciplines
  • Over 2 years of experience in professional firms or listed companies
  • Good knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules and Companies Ordinance
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (in Cantonese and Mandarin)
