We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a growing and highly regarded Property Damage team within the Manchester office of a top-tier UK law firm. This is an excellent chance to be part of a collaborative and supportive environment with genuine opportunities for progression. The Property Damage team acts for a wide range of insurers, Lloyd’s Syndicates, MGAs and public and government bodies. Their work spans multiple insurance lines, including property and business interruption, casualty, fine art, and liability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advise on a broad range of coverage and liability defence matters
  • Provide insurance coverage advice
  • Handle subrogated recoveries
  • Advise on policy wording queries
  • Support clients with FOS and Lloyd’s complaints
  • Deliver ad hoc training and guidance to clients

Requirements:
