Our client is seeking a Property Coordinator responsible for supporting property management activities and ensuring high levels of service for tenants and stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with day-to-day property management operations
act as a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and service providers
schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections
prepare and maintain documents, reports, and lease files
track and resolve tenant requests and issues in a timely manner
support property managers with budgeting, invoices, and recordkeeping
help with compliance and regulatory documentation as needed
maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
post-secondary education in real estate, business, or related field preferred
prior experience in property management or administrative support strongly desired
proficiency with MS Office Suite and property management software
strong communication and customer service skills
excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
