Job Responsibility:
Supporting Property Managers and their portfolio
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the Property Manager or Senior PC
Ensuring Qube & Cheat sheets are updated with relevant information (including PA and access info)
Confidently issue letters via the correct correspondence on Qube (including breach of lease letters)
Managing MCP efficiently (i.e. adding updates where necessary, assigning requests to the correct person, correct categorising, unacknowledged below 10 daily etc.)
Raise detailed work orders and quotation requests
Action customer queries via MCP
Visit sites for better understanding and learning development (not a must)
Deal with fob/key requests
Phone support if needed
Action insurance claims depending on complexity
Maintain accurate records of all actions taken for audit and compliance
Requirements:

Ability to create a strong rapport and lasting connections with residents and clients
