We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to support the management, organisation, and digitisation of key property documentation. This role would suit someone with prior experience in a property, administrative, or PA capacity who has a strong understanding of property-related documents and compliance requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Reviewing, organising, and digitising property documentation
Creating and maintaining an effective digital filing system
Identifying and categorising key documents, ensuring accurate storage and accessibility
Understanding document relevance, retention, and disposal where appropriate
Supporting compliance by tracking and managing important certification and renewal dates
Requirements:
Previous experience in property, administration, or PA roles
Familiarity with property documentation such as lease agreements and renewals, ASTs (Assured Shorthold Tenancies), EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates), electrical testing certificates, gas safety certificates
Experience setting up or managing filing and/or digitisation systems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage large volumes of information
