We are looking for a Property Coordinator to support day-to-day property administration activities for a Contract position based in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys keeping operations organized, assisting residents and tenants, and coordinating leasing and property management tasks across residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a service-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate daily administrative support for property operations, including tenant communication, documentation, and follow-up on service-related matters
Assist with leasing activities by preparing materials, scheduling property tours, and supporting application and onboarding processes for prospective tenants
Maintain accurate property records, lease files, and occupancy data within Yardi and related management systems
Serve as a point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal teams to help resolve routine property questions and operational requests
Support rent collection, invoice tracking, and general financial documentation to keep property accounts organized and up to date
Monitor maintenance requests and work closely with vendors and site teams to help ensure timely completion of property service needs
Help coordinate administrative processes tied to both residential and commercial property portfolios as assigned
Prepare reports, correspondence, and status updates to support property managers in daily operations and leasing performance.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in property management, property administration, or a related real estate support role
Working knowledge of residential property management and familiarity with commercial property operations
Experience supporting leasing functions, including tenant communications and lease-related documentation
Proficiency with Yardi Software or comparable property management platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accurate records
Clear written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service approach and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with property managers, tenants, and vendors.
