Job Responsibility:

  • Assist clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions
  • Find new ways and approaches to clients whether through sales or marketing and create a strong referral pipeline and building powerful relationships with them
  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services
  • Make cold calls and conduct meetings and showings as possible
  • Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a purchase deal
  • Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale
  • Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make
  • Manage clients closely throughout sales process from prospecting to contract signing
  • Identify and engage brokers
  • Conduct orientation and do visits to the brokers periodically
  • Keep updated with the inventory status update
  • Follow up with the Sales Operations team regarding any matter related to their client whether a unit hold, reservation, contract and lead assignment
  • Use, update and complete data and necessary actions and activities on the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales
  • Real estate experience is a must
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Depth Knowledge of MS office
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  • Drive down taxable value through varying valuation and negotiation methods
  • Prepare well-organized client information and supporting documentation requests. Maintain positive relationships with assessor and tax jurisdiction personnel
  • Prepare assessment appeal support docs and negotiate values with assessors
  • Prepare, attend, and present appeals to the local jurisdictions both informally and formally at the Board hearings
  • Prepare property tax estimates, tax savings reports, and other valuation or tax reports for clients as needed
  • Review and approve client tax bills for payment
  • Travel as required to attend appeal hearings, property inspections, and client meetings
  • Stay up to date on market trends as it relates to real estate and/or property tax
