Assist clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions
Find new ways and approaches to clients whether through sales or marketing and create a strong referral pipeline and building powerful relationships with them
Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services
Make cold calls and conduct meetings and showings as possible
Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a purchase deal
Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale
Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make
Manage clients closely throughout sales process from prospecting to contract signing
Identify and engage brokers
Conduct orientation and do visits to the brokers periodically
Keep updated with the inventory status update
Follow up with the Sales Operations team regarding any matter related to their client whether a unit hold, reservation, contract and lead assignment
Use, update and complete data and necessary actions and activities on the CRM system.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in sales
Real estate experience is a must
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
