Job Description:

An established and financially stable property developer in the Klang Valley region is seeking a Property Consultant to join their sales team. Key responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, presenting products and services, achieving sales targets, and contributing to team activities. The team emphasizes strong team culture and sales-driven goals.

Job Responsibility:

Make daily outreach calls to engage with potential customers and build strong relationships
Schedule meetings or invite clients to HQ or Sales Gallery for compelling presentations
Gather valuable feedback from clients to refine sales strategies and ensure satisfaction
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Take on additional duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in sales, business or equivalent qualification
Team player but also a result driven individual
Willing to travel for business purpose
Bilingual will be advantages in serving different target market
