Job Description:

Are you someone who loves being out on the road, seeing homes up close, and making a real difference to the places people live? At ClwydAlyn Housing, we’re looking for a Property Condition Surveyor to join our Property Assets team – a role where your insight shapes the way we maintain and invest in our homes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out condition surveys across our homes
  • Spot what needs attention today and identify what will shape future improvement plans
  • Ensure properties meet WHQS and regulatory standards
  • Influence decisions on repairs, investment, energy efficiency, and the long-term health of our homes
  • Work closely with residents, colleagues, and contractors, turning technical findings into practical solutions
  • Collaborate with Property Managers and Inspectors to prioritise work and deliver best value for our residents and the business

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in housing or construction
  • Construction qualifications welcomed but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Enhanced DBS (funded by us)
