Job Description

In this role you will engage with external maintenance providers, our residents, staff and management teams to undertake all preventative and reactive maintenance, including property improvement plans required for the upkeep of the home.

Requirements

  • A Trade Certificate or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience working as a team to deliver property and maintenance outcomes in accordance with relevant legislation, industry standards and company policies and procedures
  • The ability to work effectively unsupervised and availability to be part of an After-Hours Emergency Response Roster via phone to assist with on-site emergencies across all Warrigal sites
  • A commitment to delivering high quality customer service with well-developed communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • A positive, professional attitude and ability to promote Warrigal in keeping with the organisation’s vision, purpose and values
  • Current drivers licence
