Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for all fire compliance for our housing stock, ensuring that Tai Tarian comply with fire regulations
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring fire risk and compliance withing our properties, mitigating risk for the organisation
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, adopting a people centric approach, making every contact count
  • You will also be the functional and technical expert within your discipline by ensuring you are up to date with current legislation and industry best practice to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Educated to Level 4 in a relevant construction related qualification or equivalent experience
  • Have or working towards a Level 4 Fire Safety qualification
  • Competence in carrying out a role of a similar nature
  • Up to date with the technical knowledge and skills required within your area and level of expertise
