We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time position with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £35,234 per year, rising to £39,050 per year after key competencies of the role are met. The role of Property Compliance Officer is a pivotal role in our Property Compliance team, reporting to the Senior Compliance Supervisor, this role is responsible for all electrical compliance for our housing stock, ensuring that Tai Tarian comply with all relevant electrical legislation and regulations. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring electrical risks and compliance within our properties, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk for the organisation. To be successful in the role you will have up to date technical knowledge and skills required within your area and level of expertise, knowledge of TCW Auditing system and at least 3 years professional experience in a similar role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for all electrical compliance for our housing stock, ensuring that Tai Tarian comply with all relevant electrical legislation and regulations
