Job Description:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a Data & Compliance Administrator. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a professional approach to stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage, organise, and maintain data effectively
  • Ability to prepare clear, detailed, and well-structured reports
  • Professional experience collaborating with stakeholders
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Previous administrative experience (essential)

Nice to have:

  • Experience auditing internal teams (desirable)
  • Experience processing and managing data access requests (desirable)
  • Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) principles (desirable)
  • Good understanding of the property anti-money laundering process is desirable
