Job Responsibility

  • Take ownership of a caseload of property transactions (approx 65-70), driving files through to completion with a proactive mindset, consistently achieving monthly completion targets and agreed timescales
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, estate agents, solicitors, and branch colleagues, maintaining meaningful contact every 7 days and proactively identifying solutions to keep transactions progressing and deadlines on track
  • Prioritise telephone communication over email, delivering high-quality introductory calls as soon as possible following allocation, and achieving your quality talk time target each day
  • Provide clear, professional updates to all stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service, effective communication, and early escalation of any risks or issues that may impact completion
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, and quality notes each day
  • Demonstrate accountability, resilience, and a commitment to service standards, including promptly reporting any Anti-Money Laundering concerns in accordance with company procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience within estate agency, conveyancing, or a fast paced property sales progression environment is prefered
  • A proactive, self-motivated and passionate individual with a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage a busy workload
  • A confident and vocal communicator who can quickly build rapport and is comfortable challenging constructively when required to drive progress
  • A results-driven, problem solver who thrives under pressure, and enjoys working towards targets
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence outcomes
