Previous housekeeping or property-checking experience

Job Responsibility

Inspecting properties inside and out, including BBQs and hot tubs
Checking welcome packs, supplies, and amenities
Ensuring all equipment is in working order
Managing special requests such as high chairs or bed reconfigurations
Addressing and reporting maintenance issues promptly
Occasionally assisting with cleaning or delivering guest items
Maintaining accurate property records and inventories

Job Responsibility

Checking our properties for cleanliness
Identifying any maintenance issues
Responding to any shortfalls and recognising areas requiring remedial attention
Ensuring cleanliness standards are consistently met
Providing constructive feedback to cleaners on performance and areas for improvement
Building strong relationships with both suppliers and cleaners
Completing day-to-day administration tasks
Assisting in the preparation of linen for changeover days
Taking delivery of hire linen from the supplier
Managing the control and return of dirty linen
