Job Description

We are seeking a Property Checker to ensure our holiday homes are guest-ready in every detail. This hands-on role is key to creating those “wow” moments when guests arrive.

Job Responsibility

  • Inspecting properties inside and out, including BBQs and hot tubs
  • Checking welcome packs, supplies, and amenities
  • Ensuring all equipment is in working order
  • Managing special requests such as high chairs or bed reconfigurations
  • Addressing and reporting maintenance issues promptly
  • Occasionally assisting with cleaning or delivering guest items
  • Maintaining accurate property records and inventories

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or property-checking experience
  • A flexible, can-do approach
  • Reliability and the ability to work independently
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A love for keeping things shipshape and guest-ready
