We’re looking to provide a first-class professional lettings client service to landlords and tenants.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitoring & actioning any maintenance issues with lettings properties
  • Obtaining quotes where required
  • Progressing maintenance works to completion and processing contractor invoices
  • Managing refurbishment projects and/or insurance claims following an incident
  • Keeping the system up to date with progress notes

Requirements

  • Experience working in a busy office environment, providing exceptional customer care and/or account management, would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of residential lettings and property management would also be an advantage but not essential
