Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Assistant to support daily property operations and help ensure a positive experience for tenants, vendors and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, tenant communications, maintenance coordination, recordkeeping and general office support. This position is onsite Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the property management team
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and route requests appropriately
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and tenants
  • Maintain property files, lease documents and tenant records
  • Assist with rent rolls, invoices, work orders and other property-related documentation
  • Support scheduling for inspections, move-ins, move-outs and vendor appointments
  • Prepare reports, correspondence and general office communications
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and property procedures
  • Monitor office supplies and support day-to-day office operations

Requirements

  • Prior experience in property management is required, with commercial property management experience strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using Yardi and Nexus software is required/preferred
  • Prior experience processing invoices is required
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
