We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Property Assistant to support day-to-day property operations. This role will assist with tenant communications, scheduling, administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and maintenance follow-up to help ensure smooth building operations and a positive tenant experience.
Job Responsibility:
Support daily administrative operations for assigned properties
Respond to tenant inquiries and route requests appropriately
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and building staff
Maintain property files, lease documents, and tenant records
Assist with scheduling inspections, meetings, and move-in/move-out activities
Prepare reports, correspondence, and general office documentation
Help track invoices, service requests, and contract documentation
Provide general support to property managers and onsite teams
Requirements:
1+6 years of office experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
