We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Assistant to support day-to-day property management operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be working onsite Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibility
Process invoices and support billing-related activities accurately and on time
Use Yardi and Nexus software to manage property records, track requests, and support daily operations
Handle tenant inquiries and help resolve tenant-related issues in a professional and timely manner
Support day-to-day property management functions across commercial properties
Maintain accurate records and documentation within property management systems
Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
Manage multiple priorities while providing strong administrative support to the property management team
Conduct property inspections and report issues as needed
Coordinate with maintenance staff to address service requests and property needs
Assist with lease administration, including lease documentation and related follow-up
Support tenant move-ins and move-outs, including coordination and related paperwork
Requirements
Prior invoicing experience required
Experience using Yardi and Nexus software is required
At least 3 years of experience in property management, including resolving tenant issues
Additional experience in commercial property management is preferred
Proficiency with property management software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
Experience conducting property inspections, coordinating with maintenance staff, and supporting lease administration
Ability to assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs
Nice to have
