Job Description:

A well-established property management and real estate investment firm in Oceanside is seeking an organized and customer-service-driven Property & Leasing Administrator to support daily operations across a diverse residential and commercial portfolio. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment and enjoys interacting with tenants, vendors, and property staff.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and process new lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out documentation
Maintain accurate records of leases, deposits, and tenant correspondence
Respond to tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and follow-up communications
Support property managers with rent collections, billing inquiries, and delinquencies
Assist with property inspections, scheduling vendors, and coordinating repairs
Track insurance certificates, utility bills, and compliance documentation
Reconcile monthly property management reports and assist with invoicing
Provide administrative support for lease audits and annual budget preparation
Ensure confidentiality of tenant information and compliance with fair housing laws

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in property management, leasing, or real estate administration
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Yardi, AppFolio, or MRI Property Management Software
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Basic understanding of lease terms, rent structures, and tenant relations
High school diploma or equivalent
associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
