Job Responsibility

  • Registering new buyers and coordinating marketing efforts locally and with nearby offices
  • Preparing engaging property brochures to attract potential buyers
  • Managing KYC and AML processes while liaising with internal compliance teams
  • Overseeing the invoicing process, assisting with debt collection to ensure timely payments
  • Keeping window cards, brochure displays, and office systems up-to-date
  • Liaising with potential buyers, arranging viewings, and managing diaries
  • Maintaining client files and the residential client database
  • Establishing trusted relationships to facilitate client onboarding
  • Implementing strategies for continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Handling any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks effectively
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service background
  • The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels
