Job Description

We therefore require a Property Administrator to help support the scheduling, delivery and management of our property and maintenance strategy

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a £1m pa budget for Boots Opticians store-based maintenance
  • Ensure the safety of store teams and customers while minimising trading interruptions
  • Assign and order maintenance work to contractors effectively
  • Oversee in-year clinical equipment planning, spend, delivery, and maintenance
  • Manage the supply chain for furniture orders

Requirements

  • Experience within an optical practice setting or with optical equipment
  • Significant experience in administrative roles with a substantial financial impact
  • Strong financial understanding and commercial acumen
  • Proven project management experience
  • Experience working with stores and support office teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently at pace
  • Tactical thinker capable of critical analysis and delivering solutions quickly
  • Ability to travel across the UK when needed
