Property Administrator

• Assist tenants with inquiries, recertifications, and general processes, ensuring a high level of customer service
• Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks using Yardi software
• Manage tenant documentation and maintain organized records for compliance
• Coordinate and communicate with tenants regarding lease agreements and updates
• Support office operations by handling correspondence, scheduling, and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with property management staff to address tenant concerns and resolve issues
• Monitor and report on property-related activities, ensuring adherence to company policies
• Utilize software tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Paylocity to complete daily tasks
• Maintain an attentive and welcoming office environment as the face of the building
• Uphold business casual dress standards, with the exception of jeans permitted on Fridays

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, property administration, or related roles
• Proficiency in Yardi software for property management tasks
• Experience with leasing processes and tenant coordination
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Paylocity
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented approach with attention to detail and a focus on customer service

Familiarity with both residential and commercial property management
