Job Responsibility:

Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is professional and helpful
Provide full administrative support to the Asset Management Team
Keep their internal system up to date with accurate data
Manage repair reports, works orders, invoices, and contractor performance
Attend contractor meetings and take minutes like a pro
Handle tenant complaints with empathy and efficiency

Requirements:

Excellent communication and organisational skills
A customer-first mindset
Ability to work confidently with databases and Microsoft Office
Someone who thrives in a team and brings positivity to the workplace
Confident taking minutes in meetings
