We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This Contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of industrial properties while delivering excellent customer service to tenants. Job Responsibility:
Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues related to industrial properties, including urgent matters such as maintenance requests
Prepare contracts and ensure accuracy in documentation
Utilize property management software to input payments, monitor payment statuses, and follow up on late or incorrect rent payments
Maintain an organized office environment, including restocking supplies as needed
Process and track maintenance staff hours, tenant bill-back invoices, expense reports, and monthly meter readings
Coordinate check requests and submit them for review and approval
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Prioritize tasks effectively to manage ongoing responsibilities alongside urgent matters
Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure seamless handling of rent and payments
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or property management roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting tasks
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent customer service skills to handle tenant inquiries and concerns
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift daily
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Basic understanding of accounting principles is beneficial but not required
