Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic Property Administrator to support their Commercial Property Management team in Central London, for an ongoing contract. The role involves raising and managing POs, tenant and contractor communication, overseeing repairs, collaborating with internal teams, managing invoices, ensuring health and safety compliance, and organising inspections.

Job Responsibility:

Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for commercial property repairs, ensuring accurate processing
Serve as the first point of contact for tenants and contractors, addressing queries professionally
Oversee repairs and maintenance by raising job orders and tracking their completion
Collaborate closely with the commercial property team, liaising with lettings, residential, and legal departments
Manage invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for timely payments to contractors
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations by coordinating audits and site visits
Maintain key records and organise team schedules for inspections and meetings

Requirements:

Proven experience in raising and managing Purchase Orders (POs)
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
Confident communicator capable of liaising professionally with tenants and contractors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and a quick learner of internal systems
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
