Property Administrator

• Provide administrative support to property managers and leasing teams
• Assist with tenant communications, service requests, and inquiries
• Maintain and organize property records and files
• Support lease administration, including renewals and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs
• Help with rent collection, invoice processing, and reporting tasks

• Prior experience working within property management but open to someone who wants to get into the industry
• At least 1+ years of office and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (a plus)
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Eager to want to learn new task and grow
