Property Administrator role to support the scheduling, delivery and management of our property and maintenance strategy for Boots Opticians. The role is dedicated to Boots Opticians Property team, based in D90 but with a remit covering the UK, the role reports to the Program and Planning Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Support the implementation of the Retail Property Investment strategy for all 550 Boots Opticians stores including Franchise
Support the planning, scheduling, design, contracting and on budget delivery of 200 annual property change schemes
Support the detailed planning, follow up and execution of the annual Maintenance programme
Administration of Investment Requisition papers
Support the Project management of schemes
Have significant relationships across Boots UK and Hearing care property teams, contractors, suppliers and maintenance teams
Work closely with Core and Franchise stores
Accountable for the assignment and ordering of all Boots Opticians store based maintenance in line with £1m pa budget
Accountable for escalation to ensure safety of store teams and customers and to ensure trading interruption is minimal
Assign work to contractors, communicate with stores and retail leaders
Accountable for in year clinical equipment planning, spend, delivery and maintenance
Responsible for the management of supply chain of furniture orders
Requirements:
Significant experience in administrative roles covering substantial financial impact
Experience with Stores and support office teams
Creative and independent minded, with an understanding of the crucial role they play in the delivery of their role
Experienced administrator who can bring a sharp focus to deliver the in year and future plans without line management
Self starter, balancing autonomy with being highly accountable
Builds strong internal and external relationships with influence and impact
Nice to have:

Tactical thinker, able to critically analyse issues and deliver solutions at pace and challenge the business where required
