Job Description:

Property Administrator role within the Housing sector focused on creating safe, comfortable homes and delivering exceptional service to tenants. This is more than just an admin role - it's about building relationships, solving problems, and helping keep communities thriving.

Job Responsibility:

Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is professional and helpful
Provide full administrative support to the Asset Management Team
Keep internal system up to date with accurate data
Manage repair reports, works orders, invoices, and contractor performance
Attend contractor meetings and take minutes
Handle tenant complaints with empathy and efficiency

Requirements:

Excellent communication and organisational skills
Customer-first mindset
Ability to work confidently with databases and Microsoft Office
Someone who thrives in a team and brings positivity to the workplace
Confident taking minutes in meetings
