Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Property Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of property management by providing administrative assistance, communicating with tenants and vendors, and ensuring seamless coordination of property-related tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as primary point of contact for tenants and vendors
  • Assist with lease administration including tracking renewals, expirations, and updates
  • Maintain accurate records of property-related documents
  • Coordinate and schedule property repairs, maintenance, and inspections
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Process and track invoices, utility bills, and property-related expenses
  • Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and property documentation
  • Manage and follow up on tenant work orders and service requests
  • Monitor compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and lease agreements
  • Support property manager in day-to-day tasks and special projects

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in property administration, real estate, or a similar administrative role preferred
  • Familiarity with property management operations, lease agreements, and related processes
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software (preferred)
  • Customer-focused mindset with professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle issues with discretion and resolve conflicts diplomatically
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently or within a team

Nice to have:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field
  • Familiarity with property management software
