We are looking for a reliable and organized Property Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of property management by providing administrative assistance, communicating with tenants and vendors, and ensuring seamless coordination of property-related tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Act as primary point of contact for tenants and vendors
Assist with lease administration including tracking renewals, expirations, and updates
Maintain accurate records of property-related documents
Coordinate and schedule property repairs, maintenance, and inspections
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Process and track invoices, utility bills, and property-related expenses
Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and property documentation
Manage and follow up on tenant work orders and service requests
Monitor compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and lease agreements
Support property manager in day-to-day tasks and special projects
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred
2-4 years of experience in property administration, real estate, or a similar administrative role preferred
Familiarity with property management operations, lease agreements, and related processes
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software (preferred)
Customer-focused mindset with professional demeanor
Ability to handle issues with discretion and resolve conflicts diplomatically
Strong time management skills
Ability to work independently or within a team
Nice to have:
Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field
Familiarity with property management software
