Our client is looking for a Property Administrator. A leading property firm. This is a medium-sized business services company operating in the secretarial and business support sector. The organisation is known for its focus on delivering efficient solutions and maintaining high standards in all areas of operation.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the management of property-related documentation and records
Coordinate communication between property owners, tenants, and service providers
Schedule and manage property maintenance and inspections
Handle inquiries and provide information regarding property-related matters
Update and maintain property management systems and databases
Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the property management team
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
Assist with financial tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses
Requirements:
Experience in a similar administrative or property management role within the business services industry
A strong ability to multitask and prioritise workload efficiently
Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders
A detail-oriented and organised approach to administrative tasks
Knowledge of property regulations and compliance requirements is desirable
