We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator to support the daily operations of a commercial or residential property portfolio. This role is responsible for administrative support, tenant communication, lease documentation, vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate property records. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is onsite Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibility
Provide administrative support to property management staff
Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests in a timely manner
Maintain lease files, tenant records, and property documentation
Assist with rent rolls, invoices, purchase orders, and accounts payable tracking
Coordinate vendor services, work orders, and maintenance scheduling
Prepare reports, correspondence, and notices for tenants and ownership
Support move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewal processes
Monitor office supplies and general property office operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and property procedures
Requirements
Prior property management experience required
experience with HOA or community associations is highly preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have reliable transportation
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
