Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to supporting both property management operations and workspace administration.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver a detail-oriented and welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and prospective tenants in a hospitality-focused manner
  • Oversee virtual mail, office supplies, and delivery logistics to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and detail-oriented office environment, including shared workspaces
  • Compile and manage reports, documentation, and informational materials with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with creating presentations, reporting packages, and internal communications
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Director of Workspace and operational teams, including workspace-related tasks
  • Coordinate tenant move-in and move-out processes, ensuring compliance and proper documentation
  • Partner with property management teams to track Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and maintain vendor compliance records
  • Support invoice processing and accounts receivable tasks using systems such as Yardi and Payscan
  • Track and monitor work orders, ensuring timely follow-up with vendors and maintenance teams

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with property management systems such as Yardi and Payscan is preferred
  • Familiarity with leasing, sales, or marketing functions is a plus
  • Associate’s degree required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
