Job Description:

This role involves ensuring a seamless client experience, maintaining property operations, and supporting financial processes. As this is a Contract to permanent position, it presents an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term career development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients by promptly addressing inquiries and requests within established service agreements
  • Assist in planning and executing client experience programs in alignment with annual property budgets
  • Accurately code and process invoices to avoid late fees, service interruptions, or reputational risks
  • Handle accounts receivable tasks such as rent statements, late fees, and lease-related billing, ensuring compliance with lease terms
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to review collections regularly and ensure timely payments
  • Support financial operations by contributing to budget preparations, monthly financial reports, and variance analysis
  • Manage vendor and client insurance certificates to ensure compliance and proper documentation
  • Coordinate and lead client appreciation events as outlined in the property budget
  • Conduct property inspections regularly, document findings using appropriate tools, and assist in maintaining service and maintenance programs
  • Work closely with facilities and engineering teams to uphold high standards in property operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and management software
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle financial processes such as invoicing, collections, and budgeting
  • Knowledge of insurance certificate management and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in property inspection tools and technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
