Job Description:

This is a long-term contract position where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of property management activities. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in supporting accounts payable, invoice processing, and other property management tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding in alignment with company standards
Track and resolve discrepancies related to vendor and customer invoices
Assist in accounts payable activities, including invoice approvals and data entry
Conduct document searches and maintain accurate records for property management operations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Utilize property management software, such as Yardi, to manage data and streamline processes
Support leasing and property management functions for both residential and commercial properties
Handle email correspondence and maintain clear and effective communication with vendors and clients
Perform administrative duties to assist in overall property management efficiency

Requirements:

Proven experience in property management, with a focus on residential or commercial properties
Proficiency in using property management software, such as Yardi
Strong skills in processing invoices, including data entry and resolving discrepancies
Knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email correspondence
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
