Job Responsibility:
Lease Administration: Drafting and processing lease agreements, renewals, and notices in compliance with provincial regulations
Record Keeping: Maintaining organized digital and physical files for tenant profiles, insurance certificates, and building audits
Service Coordination: Acting as the primary liaison between tenants, property managers, and maintenance staff to resolve issues promptly
Vendor Management: Coordinating with third-party contractors for repairs, landscaping, and janitorial services
reviewing service contracts and invoices
Rent Collection: Monitoring accounts receivable, issuing invoices, and following up on outstanding rent payments
Budgeting Assistance: Verifying utility expenses and assisting with the preparation of annual operating budgets
Site Inspections: Scheduling regular building walk-throughs to ensure property standards and safety protocols are met
Move-In/Move-Out Coordination: Managing the logistics of tenant transitions, including key handovers and suite inspections
Requirements:
Min 2 years Property Admin experience
excellent communication, written/ verbal
proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel
