There is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Group Property team based at Sytner Group's Head office in Leicester. Sytner is the leading retailer of Prestige cars in the UK. A vacancy has arisen to assist the Project team with their administration as they undertake new builds as well as refurbishment and repairs to our existing portfolio of sites as the Group continues to invest in its facilities. The successful candidate will be rewarded with an interesting and varied workload and have the opportunity to become involved with industry-leading property developments for some of the most prestigious brands in the world. From time to time the role could include travel around the Group.
Job Responsibility:
management of project information records
understanding and assisting in the preparation of Capital Expenditure authorisation documents
some aspects of financial control i.e. logging invoices
liaising with external suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure both quality of service and value for money
Requirements:
strong organisational and communication skills
solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
Nice to have:
some accounts knowledge
full driving licence
