Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support including phone assistance, typing, report generation, filing, and correspondence distribution
Schedule and coordinate meetings, special events, and appointments
Assist in lease administration tasks such as setup, changes, and report generation
Prepare and manage bid proposals, service contracts, invoices, and financial spreadsheets
Maintain organized lease, property, HVAC contracts, and insurance files
Perform additional tasks as assigned including greeting visitors, ordering office supplies, and managing tenant relations
Requirements:
1+ years of relevant commercial property experience
High school diploma required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi required
Experience with MRI or CTI highly preferred
Superb oral/written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Ability to keep information confidential
Strong desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
