Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. This role involves managing tenant accounts, ensuring accurate rent processing, and delivering exceptional support to residents. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee tenant accounts by processing rent payments and maintaining up-to-date financial records
  • Address billing discrepancies and collaborate with residents to resolve account-related concerns
  • Ensure timely collection of rent payments and communicate reminders as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, offering guidance on housing-related financial matters
  • Coordinate with property management and accounting teams to ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements
  • Utilize accounting software systems to manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
  • Support budget planning processes by monitoring account activities and identifying financial trends
  • Implement and maintain efficient billing processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote housing stability for low-income and vulnerable populations
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with accounting software such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or similar systems
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and billing functions
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and financial services platforms like ADP
  • Ability to handle budget planning and financial reporting processes with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective support to residents
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve billing issues and maintain accurate financial records
  • Experience working in housing or property management is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
