Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Administrator to support senior property management operations in Virginia. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can balance multiple priorities, and brings strong administrative judgment to day-to-day property activities. The role requires an experienced, detail-oriented individual who can manage documentation, coordinate invoicing tasks, and keep processes organized while partnering closely with two Senior Property Managers.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to two Senior Property Managers, helping maintain organized workflows and timely follow-up on daily property-related tasks
  • Process and track invoices with accuracy, ensuring records are complete and submitted in accordance with established procedures
  • Prepare, update, and maintain reports, correspondence, files, and other business documents using Microsoft Office applications
  • Coordinate multiple assignments at once while monitoring deadlines and responding quickly to changing business needs
  • Maintain accurate property records and assist with routine documentation tied to commercial property operations
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to support smooth execution of administrative and property management activities
  • Assist with data entry and system updates in property management platforms such as Yardi or PRISM when applicable
  • Help ensure office and property administration processes remain efficient, consistent, and detail-focused in a high-volume setting

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of strong administrative experience in a business environment that requires careful attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a high workload with excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent track record of producing accurate work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related tools
  • Previous experience handling invoices or accounts-related administrative tasks
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Nice to have

  • Experience in property management or commercial property administration is preferred
  • Familiarity with Yardi or PRISM software is a plus
