Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in managing lease administration and office operations for a commercial property company. Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, ensuring prompt and detail-oriented communication
  • Prepare, distribute, and track lease agreements and related documents, ensuring all signatures and approvals are obtained in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of leases and other property documentation
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up with involved parties to ensure compliance with lease terms and other agreements
  • Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, Dropbox, and Microsoft Excel to streamline document management and reporting processes
  • Coordinate office operations, including answering calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare and send standardized lease correspondence, ensuring consistency and clarity in communication
  • Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant concerns and maintain a high level of service
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing lease-related data for reporting purposes
  • Facilitate the filing and retrieval of documents to ensure easy access and compliance with internal policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management or lease administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Dropbox, and Smartsheet
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with lease agreements, contracts, and related documentation
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Experience in managing office operations and tenant communications
