We are looking for a Property Administrator to support daily operations at a residential community in Columbus, Ohio. Job Responsibility
Manage incoming deliveries from receipt through resident notification and pickup coordination while maintaining an orderly package area
Welcome residents, guests, and vendors at the front desk, provide direction, and ensure a positive first impression of the community
Support leasing and property management staff with routine administrative tasks, documentation, and general office coordination
Keep front office activities organized and running smoothly by monitoring daily traffic and responding to in-person inquiries
Assist with resident relations by addressing basic questions promptly and escalating concerns to the appropriate team members when needed
Maintain accurate records related to packages, visitor interactions, and other property administration activities
Help uphold a detail-oriented and well-presented community office environment through consistent attention to detail
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in property administration, leasing support, residential property management, or a related customer-facing role
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, visitors, and internal teams
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and detail-oriented
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a consistent commitment to high-quality resident service
Familiarity with property management operations and resident relations in a residential setting
Experience using Yardi software or similar property management systems is preferred
Personable and service-driven approach to front desk and administrative responsibilities
