We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator to support daily property management operations. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance, organizing documentation, assisting with tenant relations, coordinating maintenance requests, and maintaining accurate records. You will be working on site Monday to Friday supporting three managers.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and communications
Prepare, review, and maintain property management documents, contracts, and records
Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and vendor services
Track lease expirations, renewals, and rent payments
Support accounting processes through invoice and payment tracking
Assist with compliance and reporting requirements
Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence
Requirements:
4+ years’ experience in the administrative field
Prior experience working in facilities or property management is a big plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Need prior experience processing invoices/ accounting
Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management platforms
Knowledge of real estate regulations and leasing procedures
Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient office operations
