We are looking for a Property Administrator to support daily workplace and front-of-house operations for a Contract position based in Los Angeles, California. Job Responsibility
Welcome visitors, tenants, and vendors professionally while managing front desk activities and directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts
Coordinate day-to-day administrative support for property operations, helping maintain an organized and efficient workplace environment
Assist with scheduling, meeting room coordination, and general office logistics to support staff and building activities
Respond to routine tenant and workplace requests promptly, escalating issues when needed to ensure timely follow-up
Maintain accurate records, track service requests, and support documentation related to property administration activities
Help oversee vendor visits, deliveries, and building access procedures in alignment with site protocols
Support workplace experience efforts by helping create a clean, functional, and service-oriented environment for occupants
Perform general receptionist and clerical duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and handling administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in property administration, office coordination, reception, or a similar support role
Demonstrated ability to perform receptionist duties with professionalism and strong customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with visitors, tenants, and internal teams
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail in handling records, schedules, and multiple priorities
Comfortable using standard office software and administrative tools to manage daily tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a workplace support environment
Reliable problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly in a fast-paced setting
